Sleeps 4. There is an entrance hall with living room/kitchenette with gas hob, double sofa bed, large bathroom with shower and a large double bedroom with a spacious wardrobe. The two-room apartment is furnished in classic style and inspired by the colours of nature. Facilities include a large well-equipped terrace where you can dine and enjoy the beautiful view of the pool.
Minimum stay one week: Saturday to Saturday arrivals.

Payment
A damage deposit of € 100.00 in cash is required and will be repaid on departure.
Credit card required at check-in as guarantee.
The deposit must be paid by bank transfer or telematic transaction by telephone.
It is possible to pay the total by bank transfer before arrival.
BALANCE
The total balance is payable on arrival in cash or by debit/credit card. No bank cheques.
A deposit of 50% of the total amount for August bookings and 30% of the total for other months is required.
CONTRACTUAL CONDITIONS
Cancellation terms applicable to the deposit paid:
100% forfeit prior to arrival or in case of no-show or early departure
100% forfeit on prepaid or non-refundable tariff.
CHECK – IN: between 2.00 pm and 4.00 pm please contact us before arrival
CHECK – OUT: between 8:30 am and 9:30 am to be agreed on arrival
