Description
This 3-room, family apartment of 75 sq. metres, excellent for long stays, is available in the Piccola Miniera area on the outskirts of the town (via Ilario Zambelli, 28). The entrance has a small independent lounge and then leads to the other rooms. The accommodation, which sleeps 5, has two separate bedrooms, a bedroom with bunk beds for adults plus a third pull-out bed and large, triple door wardrobe and a second double bedroom. There is a large bathroom, with maxi shower, and a fully equipped kitchen. Outside, there is a large terrace with table and chairs, sink and washing machine.
Minimum stay one week: Saturday to Saturday arrivals.

Payment
A damage deposit of € 100.00 in cash is required and will be repaid on departure.
Credit card required at check-in as guarantee.
The deposit must be paid by bank transfer or telematic transaction by telephone.
It is possible to pay the total by bank transfer before arrival.
BALANCE
The total balance is payable on arrival in cash or by debit/credit card. No bank cheques.
A deposit of 50% of the total amount for August bookings and 30% of the total for other months is required.
CONTRACTUAL CONDITIONS
Cancellation terms applicable to the deposit paid:
100% forfeit prior to arrival or in case of no-show or early departure
100% forfeit on prepaid or non-refundable tariff.
CHECK – IN: between 2.00 pm and 4.00 pm please contact us before arrival
CHECK – OUT: between 8:30 am and 9:30 am to be agreed on arrival
