Two-room, 50 sq. metre apartment, sleeps 4/5, situated on the ground floor of the third building of Residence Colombaia. The apartment has an entrance area with a double bed and an armchair-sofa bed for children, window and a large wardrobe. There is a bathroom with shower, washing machine, living room/kitchenette with gas hob (gas cylinder). The two-room apartment is furnished in classic style and inspired by the colours of the sea, facilities include cable TV and a large terrace where you can dine and enjoy the beautiful view of the pool.
Minimum stay one week: Saturday to Saturday arrivals.

Payment
A damage deposit of € 100.00 in cash is required and will be repaid on departure.
Credit card required at check-in as guarantee.
The deposit must be paid by bank transfer or telematic transaction by telephone.
It is possible to pay the total by bank transfer before arrival.
BALANCE
The total balance is payable on arrival in cash or by debit/credit card. No bank cheques.
A deposit of 50% of the total amount for August bookings and 30% of the total for other months is required.
CONTRACTUAL CONDITIONS
Cancellation terms applicable to the deposit paid:
100% forfeit prior to arrival or in case of no-show or early departure
100% forfeit on prepaid or non-refundable tariff.
CHECK – IN: between 2.00 pm and 4.00 pm please contact us before arrival
CHECK – OUT: between 8:30 am and 9:30 am to be agreed on arrival
