Two-room, 50 sq. metre apartment situated in the new town development in the area known as Località Santissimo (close to Conad supermarket). The two-room apartment is on the first floor with a communal entrance and has 4 beds. There is a living room very well-lit kitchen, bathroom with shower and washing machine, large double bedroom and a small independent sleeping area with bunk beds. The furniture is modern and brightly coloured and, thanks to the warm-cold heat pump air conditioning system, the apartment is excellent for short stays and brief getaways to escape from the daily routine and enjoy a break by the sea, even at the hottest times of the year.
Minimum stay one week in high season: Saturday to Saturday arrivals; minimum stay of 3 nights is available in low season.

Payment
A damage deposit of € 100.00 in cash is required and will be repaid on departure.
Credit card required at check-in as guarantee.
The deposit must be paid by bank transfer or telematic transaction by telephone.
It is possible to pay the total by bank transfer before arrival.
BALANCE
The total balance is payable on arrival in cash or by debit/credit card. No bank cheques.
A deposit of 50% of the total amount for August bookings and 30% of the total for other months is required.
CONTRACTUAL CONDITIONS
Cancellation terms applicable to the deposit paid:
100% forfeit prior to arrival or in case of no-show or early departure
100% forfeit on prepaid or non-refundable tariff.
CHECK – IN: between 2.00 pm and 4.00 pm please contact us before arrival
CHECK – OUT: between 8:30 am and 9:30 am to be agreed on arrival
