The Residence is located in a strategic area and guarantees tranquility without renouncing the proximity of the main services, surrounded by green gardens with condominium parking.
Two rooms and studios are at your disposal 600 meters away. from the Rossa beach and the Pianotta;
The Apartments are furnished in a classic and functional style, have cable TV, reserved parking space, and most have a terrace to eat outside overlooking the gardens.
Inside the Residence there is a small playground for children and in the immediate vicinity also tennis courts and soccer fields.
Minimum stay one week in high season: Saturday to Saturday arrivals

Payment
A damage deposit of € 100.00 in cash is required and will be repaid on departure.
Credit card required at check-in as guarantee.
The deposit must be paid by bank transfer or telematic transaction by telephone.
It is possible to pay the total by bank transfer before arrival.
BALANCE
The total balance is payable on arrival in cash or by debit/credit card. No bank cheques.
A deposit of 50% of the total amount for August bookings and 30% of the total for other months is required.
CONTRACTUAL CONDITIONS
Cancellation terms applicable to the deposit paid:
100% forfeit prior to arrival or in case of no-show or early departure
100% forfeit on prepaid or non-refundable tariff.
CHECK – IN: between 2.00 pm and 4.00 pm please contact us before arrival
CHECK – OUT: between 8:30 am and 9:30 am to be agreed on arrival
